What Does It Take To Be Successful?

There is not one silver bullet but many. People make it in different ways even if the challenges and contexts are identical. We believe in the following principles of success:

• It’s all about relentless, hard work, intellectual brilliance, collaborating with other people and effective communication. If you lack one of these components, you shouldn’t expect to get very much out of your efforts no matter how much you might think you deserve it.
  
  
• There is a “people factor” beyond all rationality – if people don’t gel they shouldn’t even try to work together.
  
  
• Emotions are a great thing if we’re talking about a passion to achieve or joy in working with the team – pragmatism involves changing things or walking away if emotions become negative.

Entrepreneurship is not about philanthropy, but after successful hard work, the outcome can indeed be very philanthropic.
